Tony’s Pizza Pasta Grill is named for a real Tony. Before opening his own shop, Tony Torres spent twenty years in Italian kitchens across New Jersey, working every station from the dining room to the pizza oven. In 2019 he took over a longtime Italian restaurant on Van Houten Avenue and made it his own, with a simple idea: fresh, made-to-order Italian food at prices that make it easy to skip cooking on a busy weeknight. Today, Tony’s serves the Clifton community with the best pizza, pasta, grill favorites, sandwiches and more, still made to order, still built around a team that cares about the food and the people eating it.
